| Honesty is critical when working on yourself and therefore is necessary in our MyPlan process. This is why the cash is paid as an incentive when the goal is identified and not as a reward when the goal is complete. We rely on their honesty and because they are living in survival they rely on their incentives. Creating another dynamic where they have to lie or cheat in order to get by, provides them with nothing different. Providing them with a community of people rooting for them is different, and it makes a difference. |
